Application to Show in The Hollywood Sculpture Garden

Please complete the following form as well as sending an image of the sculpture to drrobbygordon@gmail.com. Pictures should be taken from the top, bottom, lateral and medial. Please specify if a crane will be needed to move the sculpture.

Minimum size should be 5' or 1.5M, as the gallery is situated in The Hollywood Hills.
