This June, the Hollywood Sculpture Garden will be hosting award winning Belgian sculptor, Jorg

Van Daele, in furtherance of his series of stone "Peace" sculptures on display around the world. Van Daele has said that it is a goal of his for every country to observe peace and that he is making these sculptures to remind them of their role in that ambition. These sculptures can be found in Austria, China, Egypt, and India as well as a list of many other countries. He will be working to add Hollywood, California, to that list, where he will do residency before continuing to work with stones in Palm Springs.

He will install the Peace sculpture in the Hollywood Sculpture Garden, where we will be holding a reception for him on Wednesday, June 19th, from 6pm to 9pm. Artist Llama D'Attore will also be showcasing prime works from his Sound Safari collection. His creations constantly evolve to sound, fueled by a carefully tailored musical arrangement and live performance aimed to compliment the garden's extraordinary ambiance.
