After decades of landscape masonry and television documentaries on ancient stone working, Roger decided to pursue his passion for stone sculpture.  His son, Jacob, has recently joined his workshop and is poised to send Roger into retirement and take over.

His style has been called "Primitive Modern". He believes that boulders have a spiritual relationship with us and the beauty of the stone should remain paramount in his sculptures.
