Flavio Parra Ortiz is a designer and blacksmith from Santiago. Chile. He began his studies at the Universidad Diego Portales, before studying as a Tools Forge at the Augsburger Studio in Templeton, CA. He recently (2019) became an official member of the CBA-California Blacksmith Association.
